Our goal:
To promote tennis development as a means of healthful recreation, physical fitness and camaraderie among black tennis players across the country.
History:
The WWTC was founded in 2002. A group of black tournament directors from several states met in Pine Bluff Arkansas with Jim Cox as the facilitator or chair of the meeting. Jim Cox was elected as the president of the organization and we
proceeded to develop our mission statement, goals and constitution and bylaws for the organization.
Member tournament organizations present that day included;

Dallas 40 Love Classic - Dallas Texas (Doug Smith)
Houston KTSU Classic - Houston Texas (Ken Groovy)
