It is important to start each session with dynamic warm-up drills followed by Forehand and Backhand Corrective Techniques, Huff and Puff doubles drills, and end the day practicing the Serve.

NJTL - National Junior Tennis & Learning Network - Developing Citizens of Tomorrow
NJTL - is a network of programs across the nation, started in 1969 by Arthur Ashe, Charlie Passarell, and Sheridan Snyder to introduce tennis and education to inner city youth. We all have a duty to serve our community and to help educate and build better character in our youth, "Our Citizens of Tomorrow".

( FREE - GROUP TENNIS LESSONS 2026)
Summer Session - Tuesday and Thursdays: May 19th to July 23rd
* Ages 12 and Under: 6pm
* Beginner Ages 13 to Adult: 6:00pm
* Intermediate Drill Session: 7pm

* Week 1: June 1st - June 5th
* Week 2: June 8th - June 12th
USTA Foundation National NJTL Essay Program
The tennis program is free to all participants. We ask that all high school students write a one page essay in the National NJTL Essay Contest. This is a National contest and the winners of each age division will win a trip to New York City to attend the Arthur Ashe Kids Day event prior to the start of the US Open.
USTA Foundation College Scholarship Program
NJTL Network high school seniors have an opportunity to apply for several USTA Foundation college scholarships.
